La Diva Bella Customer Service Policies
Shipping Information:
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours via Priority Mail.
You will be notified of any changes to your order total or of any out of stock merchandise prior to shipping. Our products are shipped
via the US Postal Service; most ship via Priority Mail at no extra charge.
Please refer to our shipping charts within our order process for specific shipping charges.
If you live on the North Shore of Massachusetts, we can arrange drop
off or pick up your order at no additional shipping charge. To do this, please
complete your order online and choose the Pick Up location. We will e-mail or call you to make make arrangements and adjust your order totals if necessary.
We are sorry, but we can only ship online within the United States and to Canada. If you want to ship to other international locations (besides Canda), you may place your order online, but we will need to contact you via e-mail for additional air mail costs and customs information.
Refunds and Exchanges:
At La Diva Bella, your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are
ever dissatisfied with your purchase—for any reason—we will gladly offer

Please allow at least 2 weeks for us to receive and process the return.
Billing Issues:
Our website can accept orders with credit card payments, checks, cash and
PayPal.
Currently we accept MasterCard and Visa for credit card orders.
Because of the cost of processing credit card orders, we prefer a minimum credit order of $15. We use a secure system and do not keep your credit card information on file, for your security.
We also accept payment by check. There is no minimum on check orders,
however, if you are a new customer, we may wait 2-4 days for your check
to clear. Unfortunately, we will have to charge a small processing
fee on all bounced checks.
We now also process orders via PayPal, however we request that you put
the order in as a check order and contact us via e-mail at ladivabellainfo@comcast.net for instruction
to complete the order process.
Taxes:
Because we run our business from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, we
are obligated to collect the 5% state tax. Taxes for other states
are currently not collected, however federal legislation may change in
the future, which may require that we charge tax on out-of-state orders.
If you are having your order shipped to a Massachusetts address taxes will be automatically configured in the order process.
Gift orders:
We would be happy to ship orders to friends and relatives. We will
include a packing slip with the order and send you a detailed invoice that contains totals. We would also be happy to enclose a gift card with your order. Please make sure to request this when you place your order or email us with the information.
Please use the “Ship to” fields on our order screen to send gift orders.
If you have any other special instructions, please use our “Comments” field to let
us know how we can be of service.

La Diva Bella is currently a small “cottage” industry, so any issues you
may have will be handled personally and with care. For best results,
